The weather in Antalya ranges from mild winters, pleasant springs, warm autumns to hot summers. We have determined the best periods to visit based on our experience living in Antalya all year round.

Best periods
1. September – October
Our favorite time of the year weather-wise is early autumn. The temperature in this period is perfect for any kind of activity, whether you want to explore the countless ancient ruins in the region or relax at the beach. The sea is still at its warmest which makes it perfect to go for a dive. An added bonus is that the peak season is over, which makes it easier to find a good deal!
2. April – June
Spring comes in second. Temperatures in Antalya are great in this period but the sea has not warmed up completely yet by this time. Booking your trip in this period is a perfect way to enjoy summer early!
3. July-August
It can get very hot during these months in Antalya. If you’re planning to spend all your time at an all-inclusive resort in the pool it’s fine. You would be missing out on a lot of great things Antalya has to offer however! If you have no choice but to plan your trip in this period we would recommend the beginning of July or the end of August when temperatures are not at their highest yet!
4. November-February
It is possible to come to Antalya for skiing in winter, but we can’t guarantee that it’s going to live up to the Alps! November can still be a great time to escape the grim weather of some parts in Europe.
